Diggin for Dinos Preschool Camp
Come and dig for dinosaur bones and make your very own dinosaur teeth. In this camp your preschooler will have fun learning tons of amazing facts about dinosaurs through songs, stories and hands-on activities. Let our energetic Mad Scientists spark your child's imaginative learning. AGES 3.5-5 YEARS OLD, MUST BE ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM INDEPENDENTLY
Eureka! STEM Makers: Gadgets and Gizmos Camp
Inspire the inventor and scientist in you! Campers will overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all----their mind! With a little bit of ingenuity children will create catapults and forts, and even construct their own working Light Sabers to take home!!
NASA Camp: Academy for Future Space Explorers
Set your future space explorers on a trajectory from our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system! This hands-on program brings them closer to the stars, planets, comets, and more. They learn about living in space, getting away from gravity, looking for space phenomena, and they participate in a rocket launch! *Mad Science is the ONLY organization licensed by NASA for this camp
Secret Agent Lab
The following camp description is TOP SECRET: Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take-home lots of gadgets! Step into the shoes of a detective, forensic scientist, and super spy.
Optic Wonders Camp
*NEW One Day Camp* Join this camp as we trick our brains through our eyes! Become immersed in the world of lasers, light, and color! We will bend & shine beams of light all around the room and dissect white light with our special specs! Witness a small indoor fireworks display to show how different metals react to heat and learn about tricks our eyes play on us.
Bubbling Potions and Fizzy Formulas
*NEW One Day Camp* Campers will find their love of Chemistry as they spend the day creating cool chemical reactions. They will love concocting a potion that creates a mini lava lamp, mixing up a batch of their own Slippery Slime and blending together ingredients to create their own super bouncy ball while exploring the world of chemistry.
Astro Innovators Camp
Think and act like NASA innovators during this hands-on program inspired by the NASA OPTIMUS PRIME Spinoff Promotion and Research Challenge (NASA OPSPARC). Use creative and collaborative skills to design a mission patch, train like an astronaut, and solve real-world engineering problems. How might space suit cooling tubes be used to solve a problem here on Earth?
Mad Science Robot Invasion
*One Day Camp* Explore the basic and complex technologies used to design and build robots. Discover how machines and robots work and how they make our lives easier. Learn about simple circuits, motor principles, and even make your own robot hand to take home. Jr. Scientists will love experimenting with the many robots we bring along!
Dinosaurs and Ancient Worlds
Uncover the mysteries of ancient civilizations, explore the history of dinosaurs & dig up the ancient past! Learn about archaeology & the techniques scientists use to excavate long lost cities. Discover ancient civilizations & the tools and artifacts they used in everyday life. Kids will love to study bone fragments, pottery shards, amber deposits, and fossils! Camp is filled with cool take homes.
Science in Motion!
*NEW for 2025!* Discover how things move with science! Each day we'll learn about a different realm of the scientific world. We'll become a zoologist and study the exciting world of birds, including examining owl pellets to see what an owl cannot digest. Join a team of camper engineers and build bridges, domes, cubes, and pyramids. We'll even put on a lab coat and become chemists for the day!
Brixology Camp
Brixology Camp sets the foundation for our next generation of makers! Children learn about different types of engineering and then team up to construct a different engineering-themed project using LEGO® bricks. Your future engineer will build upon their creativity to solve real-world design challenges, while developing their problem-solving and team-building skills. Let the tinkering begin!
Mad Scientist's Laboratory
*One Day Camp* Welcome to the Mad Science Lab – wherever you are! Campers will spend the day learning all the tricks of the trade with a real Mad Scientist! They will learn about physical and chemical reactions that they might encounter in their daily lives. Jr. Scientists will learn to swirl, pour, mix, and shake like a true scientist!
